SOLD OUT From beginning to end we will walk you through, and let you be as hands-on as you would like, the process of butchering chickens for your table. All participants will leave with a freshly processed chicken as well as the knowledge on how to process at home.

About the event
LIVE CHICKENS WILL BE PROCESSED AS A PART OF THIS CLASS IN A HUMANE FASHION. Class will be most likely the morning of April 2nd but it depends on the growth rate of the chickens as well as if our hatchery order arrives on time. We will also hand out information for you to review at home about raising meat chickens.
